Your Mission
For our location in Frankfurt, we are looking for anMechanical and/or Electrical Technician to manage the maintenance and repair work in our service center.
Your tasks:
- Repair and overhaul of electromechanical components according to internal instructions (mainly in English)
- Mechanical and electrical testing of these components
- Incoming inspection/analysis of defective/worn components
- Create service und routine test reports in German and English
- Organize spare part deliveries and manage our stock of spare parts
- Coordination with our customer support engineer and sales team
- In some cases service on costumer site in Germany and Netherlands, and occasionally in other European countries
- Organization (calibration) of our measuring equipment according to internal quality standards
- Practical and theoretical training of our costumer
Necessary qualifications:
- Training as an electrical engineer and / or mechatronics engineer
- Ideally 5-10 years of professional experience in a workshop and with the organization of orders
- Good IT skills in dealing with MS Office
- Knowledge of railway technology is an advantage
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B1)
- Driving licence category B
- Quality awareness and an eye for detail
